Lion Iron Doors Inc. ("Lion Iron Doors," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality steel doors, windows, and related products (“Products”) to our customers ("Customer(s)," "you"). Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to offer exceptional service, quality, and communication. By purchasing any of our Products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:


1. GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
All Lion Iron Doors Products are manufactured with premium-grade steel and assembled by skilled craftsmen. As part of the manufacturing process, our doors and windows may have minor variations or imperfections inherent to the material and hand-crafting methods. These differences are normal in the steel door and window industry and are not considered defects.
Exposure to environmental elements and regular usage may result in natural aging, including minor changes to finishes and materials. These changes are part of the product’s life cycle and are not considered defects under our warranty.
We reserve the right to make product improvements or design changes without prior notice, and such modifications may be implemented without obligation to update previously sold products.


2. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS


Lion Iron Doors offers a one-year limited warranty on our Products, starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers certain defects in material and craftsmanship under normal conditions. Customers should review the full warranty details, including exclusions and limitations, before purchasing.
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, you must contact our customer service team by sending photos and a description of the issue to info@lionirondoors.com. We will review the claim and determine if it is covered under the warranty. If approved, we will replace or repair the defective part(s) at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover labor costs, including installation, removal, re-palletizing, or finish work.


a. Glass Seal Warranty


We provide a one-year warranty on the manufacturer’s seal of the glass used in our products. If a defect occurs within this period, we will replace the glass panel at no charge. After the first year, replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility. This warranty does not cover scratched, broken, or improperly cleaned glass.


b. Finish Warranty


We guarantee our finishes from peeling or significant fading for one year from the delivery date. However, normal weathering, improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals, and installation near corrosive environments, such as pools, are excluded from this warranty.


3. EXCLUSIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS


The following are excluded from our warranties:
Normal wear and tear, including minor changes in finish or hardware.
Third-party modifications or installation of aftermarket accessories.
Damage caused by improper installation, storage, or handling.
Environmental damage, including rust or corrosion.
Products installed within 15 miles of a coastline, unless otherwise specified.
Any improper maintenance or failure to follow our care guidelines.


4. BUILDING CODES AND INSTALLATION


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products purchased comply with local building codes and regulations. Lion Iron Doors does not provide guarantees regarding code compliance, and we are not responsible for any costs associated with modifications required to meet these standards.
We offer installation guidelines through our Customer Education Center. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with links/Guides to proper handling and installation procedures.


5. EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY


Our express limited warranty outlines our maximum liability, which will not exceed the purchase price of the product. Lion Iron Doors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from product defects.


6. PROMOTIONS AND SALES


Any price adjustments must be requested within 14 days of purchase. No adjustments will be made after this period, and discounts or promotions cannot be combined.


7. CLEARANCE SALES


All clearance sales are final. Products sold in clearance are offered "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied.


8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES


Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We ship to locations within the continental United States. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on destination and shipping method. Products will be delivered curbside, and the customer is responsible for offloading the items from the delivery vehicle.


9. INSPECTION AND CLAIMS


You are responsible for inspecting your order upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. If concealed damage is discovered, it must be reported to Lion Iron Doors within three (3) days of receipt. Failure to do so may void your ability to file a claim.
10. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the product. Lion Iron Doors is not responsible for any loss or damage after the product has been delivered.


11. RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY


Only orders that have not left our facility and are canceled within one week of the order date are eligible for cancellation without fees. Once the product has shipped, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are non-returnable.
12. INDEMNITY
Customers agree to indemnify Lion Iron Doors against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the misuse or improper installation of our products.
