Our Founder:
The Son of Guo Hua & Xia Zhan
Richard grew up in a family of five siblings on a farm in China, where life was full of challenges. From an early age, he had to navigate through pain and hardship in a culture that discouraged vulnerability. Richard drew strength from his mother, who faced every obstacle with resilience. This became even more evident when she fell ill. The greatest challenge of his life was watching her suffer and ultimately pass away due to a lack of money for proper medication.
Passion for business
This profound loss shaped Richard into the determined businessman he is today. To afford college, he worked full-time for just $130 a month. After graduating, he discovered a passion and talent for selling doors. By 2012, Richard had opened his own company, Lion Iron Doors. Over the years, he expanded by opening production plants and establishing multinational headquarters in three countries.
