Products exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied for in-stock products that are returned
Shipping fees are not refundable
Products should be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them
The Purchaser(s) will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment
Lion Iron Doors reserve the right to deduct the refund or refuse the return for any damage done to the products.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@LionIronDoors.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-made products are not returnable
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to issue the refund after the returned products arrive at our warehouse . If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
