Damages Prior to Installation: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the doors are free from any damages or defects before proceeding with installation. Any damages identified after installation will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping: The client is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with the return shipping of the doors. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom-made or special-order doors may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are deemed faulty or defective.
