Procedure for ordering,paying and receiving doors

If you want to buy an inventory doors,

1. go to our live inventory collection and choose the one you like

2.  email us to advise us which one you want to buy and we will send the billing and banking information to you in 12 hours.

3. arrange payment to our banking account and in one business day we will advise the estimated day you would get the doors.

4. Doors arrive and you check if the package condition is good and sign

 

If you want to buy a custom door,

1. fill in the Custom Door form which including door dimension , finish and glass optional, regarding finish and glass optional ,please click this
2. Send the Custom Door Form to our email
3. Once we get your Custom Door Form ,our staff will send the billing to you , and at the same time, they will prepare CAD drawing for you according to the form in one business day.
4. They will send CAD drawing for your approval.
5. Once CAD is approved and deposit is made, we will shcedule your production and advise the estimated day that you get the door
6. it takes six to seven weeks  to make the doors.
7. When it is ready, we will send photos to you and you arrange the balance before it is shipped
8. the door is packed and loaded to the container and send to China local port
9. on the sea to US port, it takes three weeks to reach our warehouse in LA
10. Once it get to our warehouse, we will dispatch them to you. it takes between 3 days and 7 days depending on how far you are from our warehouse.
11. Doors arrive with good condition and you sign.
