Our Measurements are based on a starting point being the outside of the jamb and end point on the opposite outside jamb. Our 62” x 96” door would be 62”(Width) from outside jamb to outside jamb. And the 96”(Length) would be outside of the top jamb to the bottom of the threshold. Meaning the actual door size is not 62”x96”, but the opening is. Rough opening is recommended ½” (inch) higher and 1”(inch) wider than the whole door unit for the most comfortable fit.
